什麼是ABC海外會員 ? What is an ABC Overseas Member?

ABC會員為終生會員制，凡於海外九個地區 (台灣、日本、韓國、泰國、香港、馬來西亞、印尼、新加坡)成為ABC會員，則可直接到海外教室購買單堂正式課程上課。
ABC membership is a lifetime membership. If you become an ABC member in any of the nine overseas regions (Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore), you can purchase and attend regular one-time lessons at overseas studio.

In Japan, overseas member courses are only available at the following five studios:
1.北海道Hokkaido：Sapporo 札幌赤れんがテラス
2.東京Tokyo：Marunouchi丸の内
3.大阪Osaka：Nanba Parksなんばパークス
4.京都Kyoto：LAQUEラクエ四条烏丸
5.福岡Fukuoka：Tenjin Solaria Stage天神ソラリアステージ

海外會員在其他國家，可以參與任何種類的課程嗎 ? Can overseas members join any type of course in other countries?

課程選擇不限海外會員於自己國家購買過的課程種類，料理、基礎甜點、基礎麵包皆可選擇。
Lesson selection is not limited to the types of courses overseas members have purchased in their home country. Options include Cooking Lesson, Basic Cake Lesson, and Basic Bread Lessin.

只會講中文的話可以到海外國家上課嗎 ? Can I attend lessons in other countries if I only speak Chinese?

授課服務將僅以當地語言提供，請於預約前確認您可以使用該國語言正常溝通。
Lessons are conducted only in the local language. Please ensure you can communicate in the country's language before making a reservation.

到海外國家上課需要攜帶什麼呢 ? What do I need to bring for lessons in other countries?

請務必攜帶ABC會員卡做資格審核進行紀錄，並由本人接受授課服務，未攜帶相關資料或非預約之會員本人到場將無法上課。
另外一樣需攜帶圍裙及擦手毛巾。更多細節可以直接與當地教室確認。
Please bring your ABC membership card for verification and record-keeping. Only the registered member can attend the lesson. If you fail to bring the required documents or if someone other than the registered member arrives, participation will not be allowed. Additionally, please bring an apron and a hand towel.

海外的課程內容跟台灣一樣嗎 ? Is the lesson content the same overseas as in Taiwan?

每一個國家的課程內容皆有些許不同，可至該國家官方網站查詢。
The course content may vary slightly by country. Please visit the official website of the respective country for more information.

在海外國家遲到還可以上課嗎 ? Can I still attend the lesson if I arrive late in another country?

海外對於遲到之相關規定與台灣一樣，於課程表定時間開始如遲到超過十分鐘將無法提供授課服務，且該次授課服務將視為已接受而作廢。
The late arrival policy overseas is the same as in Taiwan. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, the lesson will not be provided, and the lesson will be considered canceled.

請問要如何預約海外課程？ How can I book an overseas lesson?

＜新加坡、馬來西亞、泰國、印尼＞
* 可以藉由線上填寫進行申請，務必確認當地國家有寄送確認email才算預約成功。
* 每個國家的課程費用皆不同，也請直接與當地國家確認費用，並配合該國進行支付作業。

* Reservations can be made by filling out an online application. Please ensure that you receive a confirmation email from the local country, as the booking is only considered successful upon confirmation.
* Lesson fees vary by country, so please check directly with the local studio for pricing and follow their payment procedures.

海外課程將以何種語言進行授課 ? What language will the overseas courses be conducted in?

授課服務將僅以當地語言提供，請於預約前確保您可以使用該語言正常溝通，當地語言的界定請參考下表。標註✱號的語言可能僅於該國家或地區部分教室或課程適用，請於預約時加以確認。
Lessons will be conducted only in the local language. Please ensure you can communicate in that language before making a reservation. The definition of the local language can be found in the table below. Languages marked with an ✱ may only apply to certain lessons in specific countries or regions. Please confirm during the reservation process.
